Solar Interference in October 2017

 Dear colleagues!

Please, be advised that in connection with a seasonal lightening of earth antennas by the solar disk (location of the satellite retransmitter and the solar disk on a line of sight of the earth station antenna), there is a possibility of a short-time communication quality degradation on a satellite channel up to the total signal failure (duration up to 15 minutes) within the indicated time period.
